reservation - cancellation



Check-in: Anytime after 2:00pm

 

Check-out: 11:00am. Arrangements can be made to leave your luggage with us for the remainder of the day prior to check-in. Pre-arranged late check-out is possible

 

We are a self check in property and do leave your suite keys in the door for self check in.

There is a two-night minimum on select dates/holidays/weekends.

 

We do have discounts for multiple stays of more than 2 nights per stay.

 

We guarantee and hold your reservation with a credit card. But only accept cash, travelers checks or money orders for payment prior to arrival if pre-reservation or at check in upon arrival. A deposit of one night is required when booking.

 

We require a deposit to secure a reservation equal to your complete stay and tax.

For reservations cancelled 30 days or more before arrival, the total will be refunded.

 

Reservations shortened or cancelled less than 30 days  will be responsible for the first night and any additional nights, although we will make every effort to rebook the suite. There are no refunds for early departure.
